In a professional culture that historically rewards intensity, long hours, skipping vacations, and perfectionism, it can be difficult for attorneys to take care of their health. 

The goal of the Healthy Lawyer is to provide resources to assist members in prioritizing and maintaining their wellness, in all its dimensions, and to prevent the materialization of serious health problems.

It is the hope of the CBA that the Healthy Lawyer series will provide helpful resources for practioners, and will promote a conversation about the need for balance in a long-term legal career.
