About the Program

This program will cover the developments in transgender rights under Title IX and other discrimination statutes. The speakers will focus their conversation on the recent order in Soule et al. v. Connecticut Association of Schools et al., No. 20-cv-00201-RNC (Nov. 5, 2024), as well as other cases challenging transgender rights.
