CBA Governance

The Connecticut Bar Association is governed by a Board of Governors and House of Delegates. The House of Delegates is the primary decision-making and policy-making body of the CBA, which includes setting the annual membership dues rate. The Board of Governors is the administrative board of the CBA, which includes responsibility for budgetary and financial matters other than setting annual dues. There are also seven offices, held by members of the Association for a one-year term, which include president, immediate past president, president-elect, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and assistant secretary-treasurer.
