Judicial Interview Project

Welcome to the CBA Appellate Advocacy Section’s Judicial Interview Project.   The Project seeks to educate lawyers and the public about effective written and oral appellate advocacy by asking appellate jurists to share their thoughts on this important subject.  To date, six present and past justices of the Connecticut Supreme Court have generously donated their time and insights to the Project.  Videos of their interviews, as well as written transcripts of each interview, are presented below.  Many thanks to Brandon Smith Reporting & Video for transcribing the interviews pro bono.
