About the Program

Agreements requiring employment disputes to be resolved by arbitration are now common. Attend this session to learn how this trend began and where it might be heading, and to discuss practical considerations in drafting and reviewing employment arbitration provisions and arbitrating employment claims under the rules of several common arbitration organizations.
