This seminar provides a review of Connecticut Supreme Court cases from the past year with in-depth analysis by Kenneth J. Bartschi, followed by an insightful and practical review of Connecticut Appellate Court cases from the past year by Karen L. Dowd.

• About practical tips, including the perils of failing to raise or present issues properly, to help attendees prepare their trial and appellate cases
