About the Program
Each year the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts issue cases that dramatically change the law. This year is no different. This seminar will provide an analytical and thought-provoking review of Connecticut Supreme Court cases from the past year, presented by Kenneth J. Bartschi, followed by an insightful and practical review of Connecticut Appellate Court cases from the past year, presented by Karen L. Dowd.

• About holdings in significant cases in all areas of the law as well as changes in personnel on the courts
• Practical tips, including the perils of failing to raise or present issues properly, to help attendees prepare their trial and appellate cases

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for newly admitted and experienced attorneys CLE credits.
