An up-to-the-minute review of pending and potential legislative and administrative federal tax developments.  It will also reflect on the lessons to be learned from the legislative proposals and efforts in 2021.

  • Continued impact of COVID-19 and other pressures on tax administration and administrative guidance.
  • Potential significance of the 2022 elections.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for transitional and non-transitional CLE credits.
