DE&I Track

Presented by the DE&I Committee

About the Program

This program will feature stories of three legal professionals from underrepresented backgrounds. One critique of DE&I work is that it can be academic, in other words, disconnected from those it is intended to benefit. Storytelling is one way to rehumanize DE&I work and to direct initiatives based on needs anecdotally identified, rather than through academic or statistical means.

You Will Learn

About the importance of DE&I work amongst an emerging counter-narrative that DE&I work is no longer necessary
About issues for DE&I professionals to focus on or add to current initiatives

Who Should Attend

All legal professionals.
