About the Program

North Stonington lawyer Stephen Reck’s 2020 federal lawsuit against two baby formula producers has led to nationwide mass tort actions related to cases of necrotizing enterocolitis in premature infants.  The panel will present on how to identify and develop a mass tort lawsuit. They will also discuss how cow’s milk-based formulas caused necrotizing enterocolitis and death in premature infants.
