A diverse panel will present an overview of the public health system in America, focusing on the four principles of public health ethics, key ethical issues in public health, health care disparities, case law relevant to public health ethics, municipal public health challenges, and ethics and the law in public health.

Who Should Attend

Attorneys interested in the challenges presented in our current public health system focusing on the legal and ethical aspects, including health care disparities, respect for human rights, and the role of the law in public health.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for newly admitted and experienced attorneys CLE credits.
