About the Program
The Honorable Judge Elizabeth Gunn, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Columbia, and The Honorable Frank J. Bailey, retired United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Massachusetts, will lead a discussion about “bad” things that occur in bankruptcy cases, including ethical issues that arise in such cases.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for newly admitted and experienced attorneys CLE credits.
