About the Program

Digital assets are becoming part of our practices, and this panel will discuss the basics of digital assets. It will include a discussion of the new revisions to the UCC, including new UCC Article 12, cryptocurrency, and potential bankruptcy issues for creditors, debtors, and trustees.

  • About aspects of digital assets as it pertains to their practice, including how the changes to the UCC will affect collateralization of digital assets
  • The basics of what cryptocurrency is, and potential issues related to digital assets in bankruptcy
