About the Program
Conducting and defending depositions of expert witnesses brings unique challenges in the preparation of witnesses as well as the attorneys’ preparation. This seminar focuses on the preparing expert witnesses for depositions; federal and state rules guiding expert witness disclosure and deposition; and how to handle the unique challenges entailed in taking and defending expert witness depositions.
