About the Program
This program will cover various aspects of bankruptcy sales in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, including employment of professionals, bidding and bidding procedures, sales procedure and court approvals of sales, sales free and clear of interests, good faith purchasers, sales free and clear of co-owner interests, court approval post sale and sales post Chapter 13 plan confirmation. We will also discuss one or two hypothetical situations and engage in a general discussion.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for transitional and non-transitional CLE credits.
Attorneys seeking NY CLE credit who have been admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or less must attend the live seminar for skills or ethics credit, or a fully interactive videoconference. Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credits are only available as non-transitional credits.
