The President's Track

Presented by the CBA Executive Committee

About the Program

This program will take the form of an engaging discussion between two old friends who don’t always agree on ways litigation might better serve lawyers, clients, and the country. They will discuss the benefits of shedding needless complexities and directly answering the questions raised by plaintiffs and defendants.

You Will Learn

About specific ways to draft complaints
How to handle motion practice and discovery
How to organize a trial so that a lawsuit solves problems rather than punishes litigants

Who Should Attend

Anyone looking to improve their craft as a litigator should attend as well as anyone concerned about the credibility of our courts as problem solvers.
