About the Program
This seminar will include an examination of what it means when a parent has been diagnosed with a mental disorder and how to address a parent being diagnosed with a mental disorder during a custody matter.
You Will Learn
- What a diagnosis means, medically and in terms of a custody matter
- How to address/deal with said diagnosis as the representing or opposing counsel to that parent
