About the Program

This program will focus on income and valuation issues presented in family law cases involving social media influencers. Participants will learn what influencers are and how they earn income, leading into a broad-based discussion of income vs. asset classification, personal v. professional goodwill and other financial issues unique to influencer culture.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for newly admitted and experienced attorneys CLE credits.
