About the Program

In this seminar, speakers from private practice as well as from government will discuss the state and federal False Claims Act, as well as recent case law and pending Supreme Court decisions. The speakers will describe the lifespan of a health care fraud case and provide tips for how to avoid becoming a target. Participants will also hear war stories from actual cases handled by the attorneys.

Tips regarding creating effective compliance programs and self-disclosing overpayments
About war stories from health care attorneys regarding cases they have handled
