About the Program

Zen is, at its core, simply about being present in the moment. It seems simple, but it's hard to do - our mind is wired to be distracted, which causes anxiety, depression, and mental decay. The work of a lawyer is about being distracted - thinking about too many things at once, what might go wrong in a case, getting emotionally caught up in a case. This seminar will explore these ideas and show how a simple 5-minute meditation is the beginning of a better mental state.

You Will Learn

How to use simple Zen practices and ideas to be better lawyers.

Who Should Attend

Anyone who cannot sit and mediate from dawn to dusk (summer hours).
