About the Program

The presentation will provide an overview of issues to consider when drafting an LLC Operating Agreement, including legal and ethical considerations when serving as the draftsperson while simultaneously representing an individual member.  The presenters will provide in-depth focus on select sections of the Operating Agreement and share drafting considerations and practice insights learned over many years.
