About the Program

The program will cover fundamentals and practice tips for representing clients in "contested cases" at the agency level and subsequent appellate reviews by the trial court and our states to appellate courts and recent developments in cases involving administrative appeals will be discussed.

  • Basic skills and legal mechanisms to facilitate successful outcomes when practicing administrative law in the context of the Executive Branch hearings in comparison to the general trial practice procedures and rules of the Superior Court
