About the Program
A presentation on the rules and best practices for preparing, filing and obtaining confirmation of a prepackaged plan of reorganization. The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session with former U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert D. Drain (ret.) about his observances while on the bench and other subjects of interest attendees may have.
