This session provides a practical overview of bankruptcy means test analysis, including the calculation of current monthly income, allowable expense deductions, and the determination of Chapter 7 eligibility. Attendees will review common issues, recent developments, and best practices for accurately completing and analyzing the means test in consumer bankruptcy cases.
