Presenter:
The Hon. Mark A. Drummond (Ret.)

About the Program:
Civil jury trials give clients, attorneys and judges guidance on what the community considers claims worthy of merit. If we lose these trials we lose that crucial compass. This interactive presentation will review jury innovations and attorney agreements that will assist judges and attorneys who are interested in preserving this method of resolving disputes; a method which our founders considered crucial when forming this country. Judge Drummond was a trial lawyer for 20 years followed by 20 years as a trial judge. He has led trainings in advocacy skills on five continents. He returned to the practice of law and is currently the Executive/Judicial Director of the Civil Jury Project at NYU School of Law.
