About the Program

An overview for both employers and employees on the state tax issues created when employees work in multiple jurisdictions and/or their home in another state from their primary assigned office.

You Will Learn

  • A basic understanding of the responsibilities and risks for employers (withholding and employment related assessments) and employees (income tax) resulting from services being provided across multiple states
  • About recent developments in the local markets (New York and New England)

Practitioners who provide advice to businesses with a multi-state workforce as well as those who advise executives and other high-net worth individuals on their own personal liability.
