About the Program
This panel, featuring a judge, subchapter V trustee, and practitioner, will provide an overview of chapter 11’s subchapter V, including a primer on eligibility and process; benefits and underutilized tools; and common issues to watch for. The panel will also discuss the economic viability of subchapter V cases and common difficulties representing debtors in small business cases generally.
