About the Program
This program will address frequently asked questions and issues about the disciplinary process and will provide a review of the most recent opinions from the CBA Standing Committee on Professional Ethics, the Statewide Grievance Committee, and the courts, as well as a review of any proposed rules changes.

- About recent CBA and ABA opinions, with a focus on ethics opinions addressing confidentiality provisions in settlement agreements
- About recent Statewide Grievance Committee decisions
- About recent decisions from the courts interpreting attorney ethical rules
