About the Program

Taking on your first workers’ compensation claim can be problematic if you don’t know where to start. This seminar will provide instruction from both claimant’s counsel and defense counsel on how to effectively investigate, perfect, and/or, defend a workers’ compensation claim. This seminar will cover key aspects of the early stages of a workers’ compensation claim to teach attorneys how to avoid common pitfalls and provide effective advocacy for their client.
