About the Program
This program surveys family law decisions in the past year, and significant statutory and Practice Book changes that implicate family law practice. Discussion of cases organized by subject matter will include: child custody, alimony, child support, property division, attorney’s fees, modification of orders, contempt, evidence, discovery, pendente lite orders, and post-judgment orders.
