The session will explain the workers’ compensation offset in Social Security disability claims, in ways that should be useful for workers’ compensation and Social Security disability practitioners. Understanding the offset and practical advice to minimize it will be the focus of the session. Drafting considerations to achieve this goal will be discussed in depth.
