Program Description:

This meeting will be dedicated to a discussion regarding whether the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section will seek to renew its legislative position in support of Aid in Dying legislation. This moderated conversation will include positions in favor of and in opposition to Aid and Dying legislation. Following the discussion, the Executive Committee members will vote as to whether the Section should take a position. As a result, Executive Committee Members are highly encouraged to attend.
