Description: The panel will discuss the use of lobbyists to assist organizations with legislative issues as well as the advantages and disadvantages of using lobbyists to communicate with legislators and members of the executive branch. Topics will include how to find and hire the right lobbyist, how to coordinate legislative efforts, how to register as an employer of lobbyists, and how to terminate a lobbying relationship.
