Title searches come back with issues frequently, including unreleased or improperly released mortgages, issues with names or legal descriptions, and changes in fiduciaries. Thankfully, many of the issues that arise in title searches can be resolved through the proper use of statutory affidavits. Come and learn how these affidavits can help to make your title insurable and facilitate keeping your closings on track.

Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credits are only available as non-transitional credits.
