About the Program

This presentation will discuss how to avoid disputes with clients and litigants suffering from extreme stress and/or mental illness.  By the end of this seminar, you will be able to identify some of the signs of mental distress and how to disengage if you find yourself in conflict with a difficult client. You’ll walk away with skills necessary to accompany difficult clients through the process.
