About the Program

This program will explore some of the sensitive and often contentious issues that arise in child custody proceedings. It will provide legal, psychological, and ethical insights into handling cases where delicate issues including resist and refuse dynamics, domestic abuse and/or substance use/abuse are present.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for newly admitted and experienced attorneys CLE credits.
