About the Program

The program will be about actual and potential changes in antitrust enforcement resulting from the change in administration from President Biden to President Trump.  Democrats and Republican traditionally have different views on federal antitrust enforcement and federal enforcement also has a direct impact on the two other aspects of antitrust - state and private antitrust enforcement. Presenters will provide an overview of enforcement to start, historical perspectives, and discuss future implications.

About informed predictions as to where state, federal, and private enforcement will be going in the coming years
