About the Program
Estates sometimes include unusual assets, ranging from cultural property to objects containing protected wildlife material such as ivory. These items can present unique challenges for fiduciaries and counsel that extend beyond routine tax and estate administration issues. This presentation will provide attendees with practical guidance to identify potentially problematic property, understand and navigate applicable laws and regulations, and evaluate options for selling or disposing of unique estate assets.
