About the Program

As the second part of the Legal Entrepreneur Series, “Money Talks” will provide information on revenue-building techniques, such as court-appointments, limited scope representation and basic fee agreement/IOLTA information.

You Will Learn

Attorneys will learn some basic techniques on how to generate revenue and keep their revenue, including:

•    Assigned Counsel contracts
•    Probate court assignments
•    Foreclosure committees
•    Limited scope representation and paid consultations

Who Should Attend

Lawyers who are considering opening their own practices as well as small firm attorneys who are interested in improving their practices.
