About the Program

Special Needs Trusts can be a powerful tool when planning for people with disabilities.  The speaker will discuss the different types of Special Needs Trusts and when to use them.  The presentation will cover the interplay between Special Needs Trust and some of the entitlement programs available, such as Medicaid.  Discussion of choice of trustees and representing trustees will also be presented. Drafting tips will also be provided.
