About the Program

In this interactive session, attendees will learn about identity, implicit bias, and microaggressions. We will explore the ways in which history and our experiences impact our understanding of identity. Attendees will also learn the ways in which bias impacts our ability to connect and interact with colleagues and clients and how we can work to eliminate bias.
