About the Program
Criminal defense and small/solo law firm practices (which often go together) are both susceptible to unusual clients and cases. Unusual clients and cases can create potential ethical issues that attorneys in those fields need to be ready for. Come hear discussions from experienced ethics professionals on what issues to watch, and how to handle them.
You Will Learn
- How to identify and handle potential issues that may arise from criminal defense work
- About your ethical obligations pertaining to running law firm financial accounts, which can often create problems for attorneys
