About the Program
Sharpen your deposition skills with this seminar. Attendees will learn how to best prepare and execute a deposition from experienced practitioners. This seminar aims to improve deposition practice in the areas of civil litigation, including the workers’ compensation forum, from the planning stage to the use of deposition materials in motions, trials, and hearings.
