Program Description:
The program focuses on Legal Ethics and how to avoid a grievance with a concentration on real estate practices and IOLTA Audits.

Speaker:  Suzanne Sutton
Attorney Sutton serves as Of Counsel to Cohen and Wolf, LLC. She has extensive experience in attorney discipline defense and in bankruptcy. She is a member of the firm’s Ethics Group, Litigation Group and Bankruptcy Group.  She has an abundance of experience in commercial law and bankruptcy. She also served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the District of Connecticut. She is a member of the CBA and chairs the Professional Responsibility Section.  She is also a member of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the CBA
