Program Description: 
What IP licensing strategies are available to your clients if they have valuable know-how and trade secrets, but do not have any granted patents? We will provide an overview of ways to monetize intellectual property assets by licensing a combination of trade secrets, know-how and pending patent applications. The program will include an informational presentation followed by a lively interaction involving attorneys representing a hypothetical licensor and a prospective licensee.
