Program Description:
Attendees will learn about state programs and agencies that advocate for residents of long term care facilities and/or investigate/enforce statutory and regulatory laws that protect this vulnerable population. Attendees will also receive a basic overview of legal options available to nursing home residents when rights have been violated.
