Program Description
The program will provide background on patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright law, and is intended to help non-IP lawyers identify IP issues when they arise for their clients.  The goal is to help clients avoid IP pitfalls and get out in front of IP issues so that they can be resolved efficiently and keep the client focused on its business.

Murtha Cullina LLP

Andy Corea has been practicing intellectual property law for 19 years.  Mr. Corea’s practice focuses on all aspects of trademark law, with an emphasis on trademark counseling and prosecution, as well as enforcement, litigation, and licensing.  Mr. Corea is a former trademark examining attorney at the USPTO.

Ben White is a registered patent attorney and has been practicing intellectual property law for over 12 years.  His practice focuses on patent prosecution, counseling, and litigation. 

Over the course of their careers in IP law, both Mr. Corea and Mr. White have handled numerous copyright and trade secret counseling and enforcement matters.
