Mindfulness
presented by
Deborah Barnett-Brandt

The pace of life at work and home often feels unsustainable. Is there a way to “view” our daily experience that allows for calm and equanimity amidst the stress of a typical hectic day at the office?

As we start the 2019 year, you are invited to learn about the many benefits of Mindfulness in a unique program led by Deborah Barnett-Brandt. This 2500-year-old practice has Harvard studies supporting claims of clarity, patience and confidence amongst its practitioners. Find out why Nike, Apple, Proctor & Gamble, HBO and many other companies are seeing the positive impact of mindfulness in the workplace.

We will demystify obstacles to meditation, as we experience first-hand how this simple practice can not only change our brains, but bring us the much needed wellbeing that allows us to perform in all areas of our lives to our full potential.

Deborah is the founder of “b2Mindfulness,” and a Mindfulness Coach to groups and private clients. She discovered the power of meditation over 20 years ago as a young mother and quickly noticed the intense stress children and young adults are under today. In 2012 after the tragic Sandy Hook shootings, Deborah decided to make a difference and began teaching Mindfulness Meditation to high school students.

Deborah currently leads workshops, private sessions and Mindfulness retreats for individuals and groups, in corporate and private settings.
