Program Description:

The speakers will review Connecticut’s Medicaid lien and recovery rules that apply to individuals after the receipt of financial windfalls, such as litigation proceeds, inheritances, lottery winnings, etc. Their overview will include a review of the relevant state and federal statutes, important cases, and the relevant Connecticut estate claims laws and procedures.
