Program Description

Todd and Jim will be speaking about recent developments related to the application and the consequences of Section 2036 to common estate planning structures. The presentation will include a review and the lessons learned form the Tax Court decisions in PowellCahill, and the Turner cases. They will also cover what steps planners can take when setting up new structures and how to address concerns with existing structures.
